Hi Mr Koh, I'm from your class and would really like to thank you for being such a commited lecturer. I've managed to score 63 for ebiz (even though I only did 2 out of 3 qnses!) under your guidance.
Would like to thank Mr Koh, for putting in so much effort in preparing his lecture as well as his notes. The bible is really really useful. All the materials are there, however, it would also require personal effort to go through them in order to do well for the exam.
Hello Mr Koh, Thank you for your hard work. Though i was not very cnofident on the day of the exam (worried about marketing in the afternoon!) managed to get 61 for ebiz which i am quite happy with.
Advice for future students is to get familiar with the content early and understand it (TCM e.t.c.), don't memorise and keep applying the concepts you will learn to what is going on around you.
Also keep up to date with latest technological news especially if it can be related with the contents of the course (e.g recent news of Hacking as well as Google and their privacy issues) All in all a pretty manageable course and with good effort, can get a good grade.
I got 54 for my ebiz and my advice to the next batch of students is to study early and consistently, read through the bible and understand it thoroughly. thanks!
Hi Mr. Koh, Thank you again for taking time to not only create the bible but also for your countless efforts to motivate us to do our work by using this blog! I got 68 for the paper and could not have done it without your continuous guidance. Wishing you all the best. Samantha Heng
I have gotten 53 for eBiz. It is not very impressive, but I am already very happy with it because I was juggling with five modules this year and the examination dates were so close to each other. For example, I had eBiz and Marketing paper on monday, followed by my esap paper on tuesday. But I am so glad that I did not give up.
If you remember, I'm the girl who attended the Wednesday morning's class but I was always late (always reaching at 8.45-9.00). Once, I was late and you even walked up to me and asked if I wanted to copy the tutorial answers which I have missed out due to me being late. I was and still very touched that you're such a nice lecturer who offered help even though it was my fault that I was late for class.
I thank you so much for your effort in collating the tutorial questions and answers, the notes and the eBiz Bible as well which have definitely made revision so much easier especially when we were all racing against time.
Thank you so, so much. I am very grateful to have you as my eBiz teacher
I have gotten 52 for EBIZ. Thank you, Mr. Koh. You are a really wonderful lecturer.
A brand new term starts tmr rite. Enjoy your student life, esp. so if you are in your final year! JIAYOU! :)
My advice to those taking EBIZ this year is to be consistent in studying throughout the academic year. Reading up notes before attending lecture helps. Chaffey is a book which you really need as Mr. Koh often refer to this book during lectures to tell you what to take note and etc. Can go lib borrow. And lastly, the EBIZ bible - a must-read.
I managed to achieve an A - 70 marks. Here's my study strategy:
70% of my revision time was focused on external reading - Mr Koh's articles, case studies and Chaffey text. This exposed me to several interesting real life examples to cite in my essays. The remaining time was spent doing my own notes referenced from these sources + his notes.
The bible will be useful but you can't rely entirely on these model answers to do well. It merely acts like a compass to guide us to the key points examiners are looking for.
Finally, for those who do not wish to invest $$ in the Chaffey text, do not fret because the PDF version isn't very hard to locate online. Hehe
Thank you Mr Koh for your hard work. Hello all....to share with all of you my study strategy, I read on Mr Koh's articles and refer to UOL study guide at the same time. The study guide give us a glimpse of how marketing, security, etc is like but we would need to elaborate using Mr Koh's article.
The bible is useful but we can't rely fully on them, as we may would need to know some "recent" examples, as such, we will have to draw these knowledge from MR KOH's articles or any outside source of examples.
Hoping my strategy would help u guys in the examinations.
Got 54! But still very glad as I ran out of time trying to juggle 5 modules. Only studied Mr.Koh's notes and bible. I agreed the articles posted in Mr.Koh's website are very good, and wished I had the time to read and summarise them. Anyhow, thank you Sir!
I score 65 marks for ebiz exam!! :) :) Thank you for the fantastic bible and your comprehensive lecture slides and tutorials which included alot of examples which i applied during the exam.
You are the only lecturer who i have met so far able to drill into details of the slide which gives student better understand of terms and apply example to different terms introduced. Using example, i can quickly linked up with the concept without memorising them by hard way.
Grateful to have you as my lecturer for ebiz. :) Thank you, Sir!
Hi all, I'm interested to take up this module in the new semester. However I would like to ask for opinion on the structure of the essays for the exam. For the essays, must we link answers between the different chapters, and is the standard that they are asking for the essays pretty high like principles of marketing?
Hi, it's a very practical module. Everyday activities of online buying, selling, Amazon's delivery of goods to global destinations, riding a driverless train, courier services, online searches, online marketing are all part of e-business. These make up the chapters of the module. Answers would normally require a knowledge of all these linkages. Passing rate is extremely high...above 90%.
Hi, Joan, it depends on how much u are aiming to score.if you want to score well for the essay, you may want to link up the different chapters together, example how technology could affect the ways to advertise, market in ebiz, looking into example: traditional vs current marketing ways, etc, etc. as mentioned by Alex, where personally I would feel that examiners would be looking for understanding of ebiz as a whole rather than a separated part. Passing rate is as mentioned by alex, its not difficult to pass. You could pretty much on MR koh's articles to score too...
Just some suggestion, hope it would help u n your decision making:)
Hi everyone, I would like to thanks Mr koh for being such an awesome lecturer, putting so much effort in preparing notes and bible for his students, The bible is really useful as it had helped me to gain a better understanding of this subject. manage to get 61 for this module. Thanks Mr Koh! =) PS: pls support Mr Koh!! he is really a good lecturer.. ^^
Hi upcoming students. I managed to secure a B under Mr Koh's guidance and teachings. Like all modules in UOL, the subject guide is a must read though many do not read it (It's rather thin for a subject guide but has relevant information in summary in it). Mr Koh's notes and bible is useful for a better understanding of the topics and the textbook is necessary if you prefer an in-depth understanding on the topics.
The only advise I can give is to be consistent in your work and really work hard for it, don't be complacent as many have said that it's an easy scoring module. No module is easy without hard work put into it.
All in all, have fun and a blast in this module! Reap what you sow!
P.S I am selling the essential reading, the textbook (5th edition) if you need it. Condition is around 8.5/10, with just a few pages of highlighting. Email me at zseated@gmail.com Price is negotiable.
Got 68 marks for ebiz which is decent since I skipped Chaffey's text all together (except the ones featured in Mr Koh's notes). I focused on merging Mr Koh's ppt slides, readings and notes. Would be good to edit his notes into more absorbable bullet points which is not to tough since he provides a softcopy. His notes are gold, at least that is what I banked on.
Hi, I scored 72 marks. For ebiz exam preparation, I relied on study guide + ppt slides + bible. It will be good to google the latest news on for eg, alibaba, which you can include in your paper. Thank you Mr Koh!
To be honest, I skipped quite a lot of lessons. However, the Bible that Mr Koh has provided proved invaluable to me (I did do some assigments). I used the Bible to tie in to current concepts/theories/trends/affairs and coupled it with information of new technologies which allowed me to score a 67.
Hi everyone! I got 57 for Ebiz! The bible was really a helpful supplement when it come towards the end of my revision. It's the final push you need. The articles and examples on the blog was helpful too. My advice is to start reading them early. Would have gotten a better grade if i start earlier!
Lastly, thank you Mr Koh for your effort & guidance! :)
Just got my results a few days back. I admit that I too, skipped quite a few lectures for work. But Mr Koh's bible and the SG really did helped me alot. And I mean alot. Didn't do much revision prior to the exam but I still managed a 64.
Thanks Mr. Koh for your bible! It's really valuable stuffs! But don't rely all on it! You still need a lot of readings and updates on current affairs to get high marks, though 64 isn't really that impressive.
I got a 71! I clearly recall not writing more than 3.5 pages each for the examination. Maybe my example about Bitcoin-Mtgox and security added some marks. The bible was crucial , as well as additional readings
Hey all, I got a B for ebiz, which I think its quite a lucky escape given that I've relied mainly on the bible and relevant articles on Mr Koh's blog. I would like to thank Mr Koh BIG TIME for his concise and updated notes, if only the holy bible can be received earlier hahahah! A downside is you may wanna sit in the first few rows for the lecture as Mr Koh carries his lecture in his signature drone-style ;) Other than that Mr Koh is a very patient and amiable lecturer.THANKYOU SIR!
I got 58! Only manage to go through the bible in the final weeks of the examination as I was juggling 5 modules. My advice would be to start early to digest the bible! Thanks Mr Koh.
Hi, got 61 for Ebiz. Didn't really have time to study for Ebiz as it was the last paper and I had another paper the day before. Luckily there's the bible and it made revising so much easier and efficient. :)
Managed to achieve 58! Didn't expect myself to achieve more than 55 as i started quite late to study for exam. The bible is definitely a must have.. it helps me to understand better on some topics and link up several topics together to provide us a better overview and understanding, and of course, allow me to have a different way to present my answer!
Not a student of Mr Koh, but I'm thankful that he willing to share his bible with me :) really appreciate it, mr koh!
Reading from the comments of your students, i guess you are really nice lecturer. Hope to see you around in school :)
Hi, I am planning to take this module in 2014/15. Is the name of the module management and innovation of ebusiness? And will mr koh be teaching it too this coming semester?
Got 65 for this mod. Notes provided are very sufficient, compared to others (I might be a lil bias). Love the notes. Love the hands on mini project given. Love the lecturer, very approachable. Some topics are quite dry but just push on and attend the lecture! Cos you'll never know when he decides to drop a bomb full of exam tips on that day. If given a chance to do better, I would religiously read the 'bible' 100 times! Basically, I love everything about ebiz la. All the best to those taking this mod!
I got 51, and I was lazy, so if YOU (future students of Ebiz) work hard. I am confident you will do so much better. oh I managed to find the 4th edition book of dave chaffey online. so I reckon you really don't need to buy it
I got 58 for this module. Thank you Mr Koh for preparing the bible as it is a good reading material which made the content from the articles so much more understandable. Lots of good notes provided for this ebiz course with a very approachable (and YOLO and dog lover) lecturer who explores so many places you can't count, haha.
Hi is there any seniors out there who are selling their essential textbook E-Business and E-Commerce Management: Strategy, Implementation, Management and Practice by Dave Chaffey, fifth edition? Pls drop me an email at johnfmnrox@gmail.com. tyvm
Hi Mr Koh as promised to share with the class.... I've scored 77 for my exams and had achieved the top marks in the world for IS3167 management Innovation of e business for 2014~
Thank you Mr Koh for your hard work. Hope my strategies motioned earlier would help the next batch of your students:) smiles
Dear Students, Congratulations! Please share your results & offer your advices. Please state your names (see "how to" below). Anonymous entries maybe removed. TQ
I was an Ebiz student who attended Mr Koh's morning lecture every Wednesday.
I got 60 marks for Ebiz.
My advise:
1) Read and re-read the Ebiz lecture notes (every chapter) before and after each lecture,
2) Read the subject guide,
3) Do some small mindmaps or point-formed summaries for each chapter to link different concepts together, esp for core chapters like B2C, B2B, E-Mrkting, and SC Mgt, and
4) Focus on the core 4 chapters + 1 or 2 backup chapters for exams.
That's how I got 60.
Wish new students taking Ebiz next year all the best!
I was an Ebiz student who was a bit loud in class (Jack may remember me, I was the one sitting in the front row and sometimes answer ur questions haha) although Jack wasnt my assigned lecturer
I just got 63 and I'm happy with it, but if I do it again, I will follow the advices from the above post by Liu Yx and do some extra things:
1) Follow the guidance from Jack because he is a very good lecturer!, and try to be more active, answering questions in class because it helps you to think faster and remember better, thats good for exam
2) try to do all the assignments because it helps you to prepare writing and thinking for the exams, besides u gain more knowledge and thats can be useful when answering exam questions
3) the Bible is very useful, but if u want an A, then prepare some answers on ur own with samples from the Bible (using notes, subject guide and outside materials)
4) Make sure you UNDERSTAND what you study, not memorising them because it will make your task of studying Ebiz very easily when it comes to exam (I didnt study much for exam, took 1 day to memorise 15 answers for exam because I alr understood it)
Thank you, Mr Koh for your dedication. I am sorry I did not do as well to make you proud. But I am still happy with 48, as I ran out of time and did only 2 1/2 answers. Certainly, I would surely have done better had I have dutifully attended all your lectures (which would have helped me linked the various knowledge more effectively) and worked on the assignments (which would have strengthened my understanding of the subject matter). Nevertheless, keep up the good work, Sir.
Thank you for your guidance and effort to provide additional notes for us. I have scored 70 for Ebiz and your Bible was a huge help to me.
To my fellow friends: I did not touch the study guide at all but focused on Mr Koh's Bible. Guess it was luck when similar questions came out for the exam. One advice will be to focus more on the topics you are better at. Download and read the relevant additional notes from this web and most importantly, google for new and interesting examples which will set your script apart from the rest. For length wise, I wrote about 4-5 pages for each qn, but I think some parts were actually irrelevant haha.
I scored 52% for EBIZ. It is not a difficult module and for that reason, I left EBIZ to the last minutes and concentrate on the other difficult modules. It's a big mistake. If you read the notes, extra reading listed in the uol-ebiz blog after each class lecture, do your project/assignments and take part in the class tests you should be well placed for a much much better results than mine. Nevertheless, thank you Mr.Koh especially your awesome "EBIZ bible".
I got 58% just based on the Bible, a really good source for studying.
And I appreciate the way Mr. Jack Koh carries out his class, not the boring type, but one with lots of examples for us to relate to what we're studying.
Thank you Mr Koh for your patience throughout the semester! Managed to get 67 thanks to Mr Koh's repeated mentions of the case studies (very helpful, nag until end of semester you can repeat his words in your sleep. But that's good for exam!) and only reading the bible.
To everyone else, consider taking ebiz as it is an easy module to score. Past year exam questions are repeated over and over so you can structure your potential answers eat ahead of the exam. MUST use the bible!!!!
I would like to thank Mr Koh for all the effort you put into coming up with the ebiz bible as well as all the external examples not found in the SG. Managed to get 62!
-Do all the assignments so that you can have a feel of writing an essay answer and also get Mr Koh's marking on your performance. - Read through as many of the examples he posted in his website as well as finding some of your own if there is any! -Most importantly, mug the bible and practice answering the question yourself and then comparing it with his suggested answers.
All in all, Thanks Mr Koh for being a commited and great lecturer! Im the quiet guy who sits in the front of your wednesday mrg class:)
Thank you Mr Koh for all the hard work that you put into making the notes and most importantly the bible. Got 61 with the help of the bible as well as the many examples that were given by Mr Koh. Overall, not a difficult module to pass and the bible was really useful.
The bible is called "bible" for a reason. It has almost everything we need to know, and it definitely had allowed me to understand E-biz alot better as a whole. E-biz is not a difficult module, you just have to imagine yourself being the boss of the business and the relevant concepts will fall into place. I got 60 for it, despite studying for it the least as compared to studying for other subjects, all thanks to Jack Koh's bible!
Congrat Val ! Yes, good imagination will help a great deal in EBIZ module. Imagine, had you put in a little more effort, it would have been an "A", right? Thanks for the advice to new students
Achieve 61 for this module. Great guidance from Mr Koh with his comprehensive bible. The bible serve as a guideline on expected questions and answers and should be one of your main learning resource other than notes and textbooks. Not a hard subject since topics are relevant to our environment.
Achieved 54 marks for this course. Disappointed because I thought I could at least secure a 60, but nevertheless. I did my best and probably there's things I missed out in my essays. Sir, your notes are very good with short and direct points for us to understand. Not forgetting your repetitive examples. Thank you for being a very good lecturer. :))
Really wanna thank Mr koh for his notes and his efforts, for repeating the same old things in lecture again and again patiently and adding on new info. Although i wish that i can have more time for ebiz due to having a paper a day before ebiz, and in the morning a finance paper before ebiz as well, i still managed to get a C, close to B. Listen attentively is all you need for this module!
hi Xiang, You said it correctly that "listen attentively is all you need for this module". So sorry, you your exam timetable wasn't friendly to you. All the same, congrats !
Hi Mr Koh, I didn't do as well as most of the others, but still happy with my 48 marks. I skipped many of your classes and was busy making some part-time money (LOL). Your EBIZ-bible helped me understood EBIZ better, the links between the various subject matters. Thank you for your hard work.
Hi Mr Koh! Really wanna take this time to appreciate your commitment to us. I scored 60 even though I only started studying less than 3 weeks prior to the exam. Thank you for your detailed notes and for putting in so much effort to teaching the ever-noisy class. Heartfelt thank youuuuu.
obtained 57! It was a pity as I was missing this 3 marks to hit second upper!
An advice to upcoming students to do mind maps/ notes in advance and link relevant chapters together for essay writing. Examples are given in the Bible that Mr Koh have provided at the end of the semester during your revision. If you feel that the examples are difficult to remember, google to find out other examples that you can use and double check with Mr Koh :)
On a side note, examples for Ebiz are easy to remember if you attend Mr Koh's lecture diligently as he will be repeating them along the semester term :)
I scored 51% for EBIZ only. It is not a difficult module. I left EBIZ to the last minutes and concentrate on the others. Mr Koh's bible is super useful.
hi mr koh! i got B (67) for ebiz, thank you for the lectures and the BIBLE. To all new ebiz students, start early! Understanding of the terms/definition will definitely help when it comes to memorising examples. thank you again mr koh! =)
I got 60 for my ebiz. The bible was really helpful when it comes to last minute studying. The examples made me understand more on the different topics and increased my confidence for the exam! Thank you Mr Koh!
Hi Jack! I managed to score 79 marks for EBIZ! Thank you so much for your effort in preparing the bible!
My advice to new students: -start studying from lecture 1 onwards -revise using all of Jack's materials. Slides, notes, readings, etc -refer to subject guide -attend all lectures and do not skip any class. Be punctual -do not study last minute because your brain will be confused with information from other modules -read the bible (first priority) -study EBIZ everyday. OK to take a break from EBIZ every now and then in some days. Learn new stuff from everyday readings, even if it is only half-an-hour per day -do not skip the prelims! -study the UOL examiners' commentaries -do all the assignments given by Jack -lastly, do not study on the day of the final exam. Or else you will be tired when you are in the exam hall, and your performance will be affected. You have already prepared thoroughly from Day 1
Jack, your efforts and dedication in teaching this module at SIM is very much deeply appreciated.
I passed my ebiz with a 64 marks, my advice for studying this mod is by linking textbook materials with your daily life, e.g Social Media. Examiners are looking at answers and examples from our living world, of course you have to link it correctly to prove your understanding of the mod. Jack's bible will serve as a foundation on your essay writting, on the intro, body, conclusion. By combining this two i mentioned, you will be able to pass this mod.
Thanks Jack. I scored 64 marks. I think that Ebiz is one of the relatively easier Uol modules. Will strongly encourage people to take it. And of course if u are selecting yr lecturer I would recommend Jack Koh. The Ebiz bible is really useful for the final preparations. And if u attended his lessons regularly u will definitely pickup the key points & an array of examples with his constant reiteration during lessons. Didn't have much time to revise on my Ebiz becoz was focusing on my other key modules. Neglected it quite a lot till the last moments before the exam. I think that the questions this year are a little more tricky. But I just discussed the points as widely as I could, giving relevant examples to back the points. Was luckily to manage to get 64 marks!
I scored 60 for my ebiz, thanks Mr Koh. This module is not difficult to score if you are able to come up with some examples that are different form the rest. And also the bible is a 'must read' before going for the exam. You can take reference from the bible and change the content according to the questions asked. I wrote about 2 and a half pages for all the 3 questions so i would think that the content is more important than the length. I would encourage most students to take up this module. Good luck all.
Hi Elle, indeed the module is a practical one if we think along how businesses carry out their daily activities with and w/o technologies. Students attending all, if not most, of my lectures will benefit as they will be able to relate to the contents in the "bible" much better, given that examples were explained during the lectures. Glad you make the most out of everything. Good advices. Thanks.
I scored 65. I am glad that under your efficient teaching , luckily I got a great score for ebiz. My personal study advices for ebiz are as following:
1-learn the notes and concentrate on what lecturer teaches in the class 2-collect the cases that related to each topic 3-have self revision and self control 4-do attend the tests and finish assignments 5-last but not least : use e-bible:--) Thank you very much !
I scored 62 for ebiz and would like to say a huge thanks to you. Personally, I feel that the lectures gave me a good foundation for the module. The notes you prepared for our self study gave me a deeper understanding on what the module is about. Thereafter, the bible is really helpful in letting me see the big picture and linking the topics together. Appreciate the notes and bible that are so concise and straight to the point. To everyone who is taking ebiz -- Ebiz itself is not a challenging module. You don't need to know the technical aspects to understand what the module is about. If you do feel overwhelmed, the ebiz bible will save you! Try to aim for A for this mod! Maybe what I should have done to do better is to do more sample questions and ask Mr Koh for tips to improve my answer! :-D
Dear HLN Congrats...AND TQ for the very relevant advices to new students. New students should take note and ...yes...gun for "A" !!! It beats me that 51% to 58% in my classes L42 & L43 scored above 60 marks but only a meagre handful of them got the "A". Ganbatte!! on
Management & Innovation of e-Business - Ebiz Exam results of 2015. Wow!.
Last year, cohort L42 scored 100% passed with more than 55% of them scoring at least 60 marks !! Remarkable achievement !
I am in L42 this year. I am hoping for a repeat of the great exam results in next year too, although Mr.Koh is aiming even higher and urging us to work just a little harder.... to achieve at least 5% of cohort scoring an A grade.
Mr Koh's other class (L43) apparently also did very well with 98% passes and more than 50% of class scoring 60 marks and above.
I understand this is a little late, but better late than never! I've scored 64 for EBiz myself, and it's much thanks to the easy to understand lessons and the comprehensive notes - especially the case studies that were easily quotable for the actual exams.
Would like to thank you for the wonderful lectures, and God bless!
Thanks for your lectures and guidance. I have scored 63 for Ebiz. Really appreciate the bible that was given to us to help us link different topics and concepts together. Of course, we have to be consistent in attending lectures and do class tests to earn the bible to be able to score well. Read through the notes to understand the topics. Study hard the main points on the powerpoint slides (plus take notes during lectures) and the bible!
I am your current student. I am writing this now because I will probably not come back to your website again after my finals, due to other commitments such as job, studies, unknown matters in life... I would like to thank you for being an excellent lecturer in teaching this subject.
I have attended the UK revision workshops by Dr Antonio Cordella, and now I am almost ready to take the finals. I will miss the Wednesdays. Your teaching methods are appropriate and there was never a moment of sleepiness, because of the notes-taking from the extra slides and tutorials. You have simplified the subject with clear and concise explanations.
To be honest, in order to get a better understanding of ebiz I have also gone for some of Mr Toh's and Mr Quek's lectures. Mr Toh also teaches well with good ppt slides, and Mr Quek teaches only average in my opinion. This is because Mr Quek keep asking students questions, and I know it is common for lecturers to pose questions, but he walks around the lecture theatre and make students answer questions, which I feel wasted a lot of time and makes us uncomfortable, and the answers students gave were mostly inaccurate anyway.
Here are some advice for future students taking EBIZ. 1. Choose Mr Jack Koh's classes if possible. His class code is L42 and L43. The lecturers' names are not displayed when we do the class enrolments, so we have to rely on the class codes. 2. Do all the assignments and test given. It is good practice writing out our answers. 3. Sit for the Mock Paper. 4. Attend Dr Antonio Cordella's UK revision 5. Read the EBIZ BIBER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Mr Koh, I am looking forward to attending your final lecture on 20 April. I will definitely miss attending ebiz lectures. I will study hard and not disappoint you. I still remember you giving me a pat on my shoulder during the first lecture haha.
I am very grateful and humbled to be able to attend your lectures. Thank you so much and take care, Mr Koh!
I managed to get 64 for e-biz. I am from your wednesday 8.30am-11.30am class. Your e-biz bible is very very useful, stated key points that we can use and apply to the actual exams. Also, it shows how we can present our answers to answer different questions (In short, the phrasing part of essay writing is well-covered and this is vital to score!!) While we may have all the points, as long as we are not answering the question we will not be able to get the marks we feel we deserved.
Also, i will have to say that it is important to be attentive in his class, the brainstorming sessions in class is helpful in deriving what are the key points and major examples we can often apply and relate to in our daily lives. Also, it will help you in your elaboration of the points in essay writing so do be attentive and write mini notes on the slides that Mr Koh has provided.
When Mr Koh is going through tutorial, be attentive on how he tackle all of the questions. It may seem easy but the phrasing is the key to score in e-biz. Mr Koh will also assist to help you break down the question and understand tricky e-biz question which is becoming more frequent in e-biz exams.
Tbh, I have 5 mods to juggle during my final year. I believe i can do even better should i work harder for e-biz. But given the limited time i have and the difficulty in juggling between 5 mods. I also have part-time work commitment as well. I suppose i give it my all. This is really a module that can get A, so i wish future uol students will all be able to achieve an A!
A tip of advise to future e-biz students of Mr Koh, whenever you have questions, do clarify after class or within class, waiting till the exam dates are nearing will be too late and it will be harder to reach him as he will be in hot demand.
Secondly, whenever Mr Koh, give you homework or request submission of e-assignment, please do so. You have to understand that e-biz is considered a heavy content subject for some. It will definitely help if you complete the assignments assigned, sometimes its a specific case study assignment, after completion of the assignment it it will leave a deep impression inside you. And it will lessen your load of memorizing the key points as you would have easily recall some key points and examples to use for your essay based on assignments done.
The consistent refreshing and repeating of points again and again during his lesson will help you to score well in exam.
Thank you Mr Koh, I am glad to be taught under you. Please take care!
Dear Sir, I scored 55. I am very happy. I had 5 modules to dealt with and was very tough on me. But your notes especially the Biber were my saviour. Thank you for your hard work. Fully appreciated.
I don't even remember which lecture I am from haha either L41 or L42 lol but I am Hung Chloe Jun-Yi, and I'm happy to say i got 71 for finals! :) I think what helped most was the Bible (Biber) where i could study all my content for it since the subject guide doesnt have much details. Thanks Mr Koh!
Thank you for the effort in preparing the materials such as the notes and ebiz biber, they were helpful tools for revision. I managed to score 70, thanks
I am from your Wednesday class. I'm glad to say that I managed to score an A grade of 70 marks. Your bible was of great help. Thank you for the interactive and insightful lessons.
I scored 64 marks for EBIZ. Maybe I can score better if I spent more time on the Biber. But I am contented with the score.
Am thankful to enrol in Jack's 2015/16 class. Because if I have enrolled this year, I will not have encountered Jack's ebiz class (since Jack will be taking a break this year). Luckily I made the correct decision.
To the ebiz students for this year, you do not have to be disappointed, since Jack's ebiz slides, notes and journal articles will be available in this website for you to study. You also can ask Jack for his famous EBIZ Biber by email. It is a very useful study resource which I strongly encourage all EBIZ students to get from Jack. Make a small donation if you can afford it, it is meant for charity to help the needy. Your generous donation will be much appreciated.
Finally, I feel that the EBIZ module is a good module to take, if you are choosing an elective. You can understand more about the digital environment, even if you are IT-savvy you will still be able to learn something out of this module. With some hard work, you can easily pass this module.
To add on... even for students who are not IT-savvy and knows little about information systems, you may have some reservations about taking this module. Not to worry. EBIZ is not technical and not abstract to understand. There are many business concepts in this module that is useful to learn. You will enjoy EBIZ, so go ahead and enrol if you are choosing an elective!
To Jack, enjoy your break and come back with new insights to share with future students! Will not forget you. Take good care.
Dear Jack, Happy New Year! Hope you have enjoyed your break :)
This is a soft copy of the Chaffey text: https://www.dropbox.com/s/48km6izxd98whi2/ebiz%20text.pdf You may like to share with your students as an additional resource for the EBIZ exam.
Sorry for reply and share my experience so late. I have to say thanks for your guidance and help in my EBIZ study.
Here are some advices to share with everyone:
- You should complete all assignments and to practice how to write an essay and Mr Koh will mark on your performance. - Read the subject guide and to understand all the points. - The most important is to read the Bible that Mr Koh will send to you after you finish all of your assignments.
I want to tell my juniors that following Jack Koh to study Ebiz is a wonderful experience, all the best for you guys!
All in all, I am very grateful to attend your class, hope you have a good day and take care.
Thank you for your guidance and help especially the ebiz biber. It really helped me in achieving A for this subject despite I got 5 modules. Also all the best in your future endeavors.
I had received my results and scored an A for ebiz solely studying the Ebiz bible. Although i wasn't from you ebiz class, but I'm lucky to find your ebiz bible that had me throughout the last lap of my revision. Thank you once more for the Ebiz Bible, it was very useful and informative.
It's a pity that you were on your sabbatical leave when I was in my last year in UOL and taking ebiz! I didn't attend much lectures due to having internship at the same time. Nonetheless your biber got me through and I managed to clinch a B within a very short period of time. Thank you & God Bless and see you around! :)
Dear Sir, I would really like to thank you for your support . I have scored a 70 and it is all thanks to the Ebiz biber . I was studying this paper without any assistance and this compilation has helped me to achieve the score I did . I would recommend it to everyone wanting to do well in this paper . Thank you once again .
I have graduated with a BSc Business degree with 1st Class Honours. I was in your Ebiz class in year 2015/16 and you have taught us how to write our essays well, and formed a solid foundation for us in this module. Thank you so much for your wonderful teaching.
To get first class marks for Ebiz and other modules, I will suggest that students spread out their time for each subject well, allocating some time to each module every day, so when exams come, more complicated concepts can be addressed in time while the basic concepts are learnt well. Most importantly, students should attend all lectures and do not be late so that nothing will be missed out. And attempt all assignments and tests as Jack will only provide sample solutions to students who submitted! It is a good opportunity to practise answering questions as well. Early preparation is key. This strategy worked well for me.
Besides using some of the Ebiz knowledge for the ISORG module, I am also able to remember the E-marketing concepts and examples to use for another module - Principles of Marketing (POM), which I took the exam in the subsequent year! Though I never go back to revise Ebiz, I have not forgotten the materials and have applied my knowledge to a POM exam question which tested us on e-marketing. This shows that Jack is able to teach well and together with the Ebiz Biber, the skills learnt are deeply ingrained within us.
Jack, in case you are unaware, many students hope to enrol in your classes but you have only 2 slots for Ebiz. Some did not get your slots because either they do not know your class code (because they do not know the existence of your website where you have provided the codes) or your slots get taken up fast and only those with the fastest fingers managed to enrol successfully :D
There is a new module IS3183 Management and Social Media, which links with Ebiz concepts. This is a core module for the new Digital Innovation degree students, and I am quite sure it will become as popular as Ebiz and taken as an elective by many students, as the usage of social media is on the rise. Jack, if you can teach this new module next year (with 2 timeslots like the Ebiz module), more students will be able to benefit from your guidance and of course, your Biber for this module. Just a suggestion :)
All the best to you, Jack. By the way I am currently working at PwC HR, and I happened to come across a staff's p-file stating you as the reference from Singapore poly!
Congratulations! It's very heartening and deserving 1st Class Honours for you indeed!
You certainly walk the talk. TQ for sharing your valuable advice and thoughts for the current and future students. TQ for your kind and encouraging words. Fully appreciated here.
TQ for suggesting IS3183. It's an interesting module indeed but I am unlikely to find the time.
PwC is a great place to start your career. Wish you all the very best!
Your notes were amazing.E business was a pleasure and an enjoyable experience with these notes, especially the Ebiber. I scored a 64 and I am from India. I would recommend it to each and everyone, especially ones who are doing it on their own. All the best! :)
Hi Mr Koh, I’m glad to have chosen to attend your lecture and I’m really grateful to get a 64 for ebiz as I studied really last minute. I revised and did my own notes for ebiz just a month before the actual paper and memorise all the examples and terms within 2 days. Luckily, I did my assignments regularly if not I wouldnt have clinched a B for sure. To all those students who want to secure a high B, my advice is to start at least 2-3 months early if you want to compile your own notes. Watch the videos given, not all but those you think is relevant to the topics you wanna study. I watch about 3/4 of the videos in a month before exam and memorised only the examples in the bible. You do have to write your own notes or at least do a mind map to link all the chapters together. Just studying the ppt is definitely not enough to get a B and make sure to attend all the lectures! For essay length, I wrote only 5 pages in total for 3qns (insane) but surprisingly less is more. Just write in the key points and don’t bullshit too much to lengthen your essay, you will be fine.
Kat here. I got 60. If I tried harder, I am sure I could have scored but I left it to the last minute (as usual). Still very happy. Thank you so much for your guidance and patience.
Thank you so much for teaching me! Even though sometimes the content of the lesson can get very dry, you make jokes and give us long breaks. I love your lessons and indeed, listening in your class = no revision needed! I barely revised before the final paper and ended up just flipping through your notes and memorised some examples. In the end I got 65 and I'm really thankful! :) Hope you enjoy your holidays!
Hi guys. I am student based in Hungary and a mom of kids under 7, as well as an English teacher. Studying can be tough at times and you really have to make that effort to find the time to do it. I seriously thought I wouldn't do too well this year with my 4th baby coming in the middle of the academic year, and going back to work almost straight after. But Jack Koh's materials really helped to consolidate the knowledge I had been gathering up until thay point. In the end I got 70 for ebiz, and 65 for one other subject. My advice would be like many others have mentioned here: never ever leave the studying till the last moment! Always start as early as possible, so that you leave yourselve ample time to really process the material. Furthermore it is always a good idea to look for your own examples, I think. And last, but not least: it is all about your self discipline, determination and (when available) a good support network: these are the hardest things and the ones that get the job done in the end. Good luck to all the new students thinking of doing this course and any distance learning course in general.
I’m an external student and working full time in England. Jack’s materials really helped me in the last three months before the exam. I thought it was only the study bible that was available but had no idea we could access more via Jack’s website. I do wish I had found it earlier in the year. However with the study guide, essential reading and Jack’s study bible I managed to pass with a mark of 67. Well worth buying Jack’s ebiz bible especially for distance learners who need to see example exam solutions. My advice for students is to read widely and be on top of latest developments in the subject area. Also best of luck with your exams next year.
No. Rather practical real-life events. Think of the firms using e-business: Amazon, AliBaba, FB, Google. how they used technology & operated differently from traditional firms with great successes. During Covid-19, e-business technology driven firms thrive whereas most traditional firms that deploy little or no electronically systems struggle to survive e.g. JC Penney and other retail-shops.
Hi Mr Koh, would like to know whether you're still teaching the same slots this coming semester? Also, read that many students are stuck between 64-68s, wondering what's your opinion on this module that makes it easy to score but hard to get As? Is there a need for a good essay writing style that's why? Thanks
I obtained a score of 67 at the recent Ebiz examination. Other than studying Mr Koh's bible and UOL learning materials, I focused on having a clear essay structure. I also included my opinions and thoughts in my essays to add a personal touch. This is an interesting module and all the best to everyone studying it!
I managed to score an A on my 2020 paper!. Mr Koh's Biber is simply brilliant! It is thorough and yet easy to follow and understand. Its cover the syllabus smoothly. Overall, great notes and genuine mentor. Thank You Very Much Mr Koh!
Dear Rohini. You did great! I am sure it's largely your own effort and determination. But thank you anyway for all your accolades. I feel like Donald Trump now
Thank you Mr Jack Koh for your hard work! The bible has provided aid to my learning process and made studying for the Ebiz more direct and straightforward. The examination questions were also really similar to the ones featured in the bible. Would recommend for anybody taking Ebiz module :)
Dear Amanda, Thank you for your Kind and appreciative remarks. I am equally encourage to do my best for you and new students seeking my help. Good luck to all your future endeavour!
Count yourselves lucky if you're from Mr Koh's class! Was recommended by a friend to get my hands on the study biber for this module, and i must say that it really made studying for this module a breeze. Couldn't have gotten anywhere near the B+ i got last semester without the notes..
To those who are taking this module, use the biber as a guide and read more news to keep yourself updated with current examples for each of the topics. I heard that examiners are also looking for critical analysis in your answers, such as linking your answer to other theories from other chapters - this may help you to achieve an A.
Mr Koh's dedication in teaching and helping students is commendable, thank you sir once again! Take care!!
Hi eveyone. I am a SIM student but not from Mr Koh‘s class. My friend who was in Mr Koh class recommended me to get the biber. Although I only got to revise the biber in May, it really helped me a lot! This is because the biber is so well organised and detailed and has stimulate my revision process in a more effective way! Thanks Mr Koh for all the hard work and I hope more students can benefit through this wonderful learning material:)
Thank you Mr.Koh for creating this biber and allowing it to be accessible to other students not directly under you. The e-biz Bible contains multiple sample essays based off past exam questions. Each essay highlights the key concepts which should be mentioned as well as other examples which can be tied in to improve the content. Students taking e-biz should consider getting a copy as it will prove useful in exam preparations. I managed to secure a B+ for the 2019/20 exams
Dear Marcus Glad you found the eBIZ Biber useful. You have motivated me to continue improving it. Yes, it's available to any UOL students. So far, students from afar HK, India, Pakistan, Ireland, USA have found our eBIZ Biber very useful.
hi Mr. Koh. I scored a B - 65 for my ebiz finals. Mr Koh’s notes helped provide me a clear overview of the module. I was able to take reference from the essays and come up with my own case studies/examples to support the theories discussed. Strong examples will definitely help your essays to stand out from the rest and also strengthen your understanding of the subject.
In today’s highly digitalized business landscape, Ebiz has become an increasingly important topic for all business students to explore and I encourage everyone to give it a go!
Dear Ru Yi, Congrats!! Yes, create your own examples to illustrate your understanding and at the same time help you avoid plagiarism charges. Again, Ru Yi is perfectly correct that in today's digital business world, e-Biz knowledge will give you the edge going forward.
Thankyou Mr Koh. To be honest i only studied the biber for ebusiness and nothing else as i was more tensed about quantitative finance and this was my last year, so i managed to pass it with the help of biber only and got 58 marks. Mr Koh is doing amazing work.I'm totally satisfied with the study material that is provided in Bieber, also Mr Koh did follow up about the results which shows that he's really concerned about the student's career and results. Hats off to you sir!
Dear Raheel (from Pakistan). So glad you got what you aim for. And also you found me (Singapore) via the Internet. Internet indeed does wonders, not just to the business world but also, the education area. Thank you for your kind evaluations and accolades. I am happy for you with your positive altitude and outlook. Wish you success in all your future endeavors.
I would like to thank Mr Koh for his hard work and dedication to EBIZ, especially his biber and analysis of past year papers. Thank to his notes I have scored 66 with only 2 months studying before exams. Thank to this I was able to graduate and secure my upper second. Thank you so much and I am very grateful for your website!
Dear Mr .Koh You have been a great help. As I am working to pay off my school fees, I didn't really have much chance to attend the lectures so I relied heavily on your notes. AND i passed with flying colours! I am so happy and have finally graduated. So much thanks to you.
Dear Cheryl. I m so happy for you! Yes, not easy at all to work & study same time. Importantly, YOU did it with flying colors. Keeping flying. Goodluck to you !
Hi Mr Jack Koh I got B for my eBIZ. Thank you very much for your ebiz biber! It's indeed helpful! I ran out of time. But I study your biber for one month (before the exam). So happy!
Dear Dear JiaXin This is great news. Yes, we never have enough time but so glad you make good use of the remainder time well. Keeping doing your best! Goodluck to you !
I chanced upon Mr Jack Koh biber 2 months before exam started. Given that ebiz only required students to attempt 3 qns, i focused heavily on txn cost(C4), b2c(c5). and b2b (c7).
The examiner focuses alot on answering the question directly, and not going too long winded as the word limit was 800 for each qn.
It required students to tap on their personal encounters in today's society. For instance e-commerce shopping from shopee, lazada, amazon and etc.
Hence, a good research on the company's background is essential to scoring well. A good tip would be to highlight key words such as the transaction cost theories which will be heavily utilised.
You may also refer to Mr jack koh as it contains excellent resources and guide on how to tackle the question.
It's value for money, and he's doing it to help the less fortunate.
Dear Xavier Foo, I am very glad to hear you scored an A for Ebiz. Great job! Congratulation! I am glad you found the biber helpful and very thankful you have taken the time to leave valuable advices for my future new students on the subject. Well done. May an exciting future await you! Wish you all the best and good luck!
Hi Mr Jack Koh, I came across your blog a few months before the finals and decided to purchase your biber as i felt like the notes i had was lacking. Honestly it’s such a great deal. The biber changed my life or at least attitude towards the module hhaha. The notes were so organized. It made the links between topics so much easier to see and understand. It also had relevant examples that was easy to digest and remember. Thank you so much mr koh for the notes. I appreciate you for creating such comprehensive notes.
Thank you mrKoh. I got a reasonable mark of 55. I didn’t put in much effort owing to late start. I only studied Jackkoh’s EBIZ Biber. It was easy to understand. So glad I passed!
Thank you Mr Koh for the e-Biz Bible, the practice questions and feedbacks and also for being so ready to help with any questions I had. I scored 60 for the e-Biz paper, thank you so much Mr Koh.
I managed to score a B - 61 for the exams! Thank you so much for creating the Biber for us to use for our revision.
The Biber was used as reinforcement to what I have learnt from lectures with Mr Koh. Mr Koh's slides are very informative and easy to understand. Mr Koh was also very patient in guiding us through our work.
On my own, I started studying for E-biz consistently early since the start of the academic year. Doing assignments given by Mr Koh and re-working on the essays after Mr Koh's comments is also a good way to revise and perfect essays to ensure easy application in the exam. Having your own examples and research on top of Mr Koh's Biber examples is also important to stay updated with latest ICT in the E-Biz field.
Dear Mr Koh, I’ve promised you that I will work extremely hard and get an ‘A’ grade for Ebiz, however, I would like to deeply apologise that in the end I’ve only obtained a 65 mark grade. I would like to also thank you for your patience, guidance and equipping us with your Ebiz Biber. To all new students who want to take Ebiz, you are in for a ride as it is an easy module to understand/study and Mr Koh is one of, if not the best lecturer out there who is extremely patient, helpful and goes the extra mile to create the Ebiz biber for his students to study and do well. All the best! :))
TQ. You still did reasonable well. This year, it appeared the EBIZ examiners, we’re less generous with their marks 😅😢, So, 50 to 59 seemed to be the norm.
Hi Mr Jack Koh, I was one of your students that worked hard in the beginning but began to loose focus nearing to Dec and actually started studying only in March for the paper. I have gotten a 66 for my paper, a bit short of the 70 (first class grade), however, I'm glad to have you as a lecturer and your lectures are really interesting. The ebible was very useful during the course of my revision, helping me to understand all concept fully in a short time with some mugging. Thank you. To everyone else I wish I had friends during this period to help me throughout but 66 marks is good enough for me. Friends are important during your course of study to motivate u.
I scored 60 for e-biz, happy that is it enough to get 2nd upper class, the biber is really clear with examples and explanation which makes the topics easier to study, thank you Mr Koh! A tip will be to read up more external sources which I did not to aim for a higher score and start earlier too!
Hi Mr Jack, Zi Yi here. I was very happy that i pass my e-biz!!! Really appreciate for what you taught me during the school lesson and also the private tuition (last minute refresher). I really glad to have you as my teacher and hope you will stay healthy so that you can teach more students in the future! Your biber is super duper useful and also the past year example answers!!! I finally can understand why you spend so much time preparing the biber and it really help me alot to understand the e-biz module itself! I hope i have a chance to meet you in SIM or maybe during UOL graduation. Thank you Mr Jack!
Hi Mr Koh, I'm from your class and would really like to thank you for being such a commited lecturer. I've managed to score 63 for ebiz (even though I only did 2 out of 3 qnses!) under your guidance.
ReplyDeleteWould like to thank Mr Koh, for putting in so much effort in preparing his lecture as well as his notes. The bible is really really useful. All the materials are there, however, it would also require personal effort to go through them in order to do well for the exam.
ReplyDeleteScore: 70
**The bible is so precious
Hi sir,
ReplyDeleteI am form your class and I got 53 in ebiz. Thanks a lot. Rahul Daga.
Hello Mr Koh, Thank you for your hard work. Though i was not very cnofident on the day of the exam (worried about marketing in the afternoon!) managed to get 61 for ebiz which i am quite happy with.
ReplyDeleteAdvice for future students is to get familiar with the content early and understand it (TCM e.t.c.), don't memorise and keep applying the concepts you will learn to what is going on around you.
Also keep up to date with latest technological news especially if it can be related with the contents of the course (e.g recent news of Hacking as well as Google and their privacy issues) All in all a pretty manageable course and with good effort, can get a good grade.
Hi Sir,
ReplyDeleteI got 54 for my ebiz and my advice to the next batch of students is to study early and consistently, read through the bible and understand it thoroughly. thanks!
Managed to get 62, it's one of my highest subject! Thank you Mr Koh for your effort for coming out with the bible. It really helped me a lot. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteHi Mr. Koh,
ReplyDeleteThank you again for taking time to not only create the bible but also for your countless efforts to motivate us to do our work by using this blog!
ReplyDeleteIf you remember, I'm the girl who attended the Wednesday morning's class but I was always late (always reaching at 8.45-9.00).
Hello! Thank you Mr Koh for your ebiz bible! It rly helps me a lot! I hv gotten 54...didnt manage to complete my paper though... thanks a lot!
ReplyDeletehi, I managed to get 58. I am glad. The bible was a great help. thanks.
ReplyDeleteI have gotten 52 for EBIZ. Thank you, Mr. Koh. You are a really wonderful lecturer.
ReplyDeleteA brand new term starts tmr rite.
Hello all,
ReplyDeleteI managed to achieve an A - 70 marks.
Hehe
Best wishes!
I managed to get a A- 77 for my e-biz
ReplyDeleteThank you Mr Koh for your hard work.
Good Luck
Managed to get a B- 61 for ebiz.
ReplyDeleteThank you Mr Koh for your hard work in class as well as preparing the notes.
Got 54! But still very glad as I ran out of time trying to juggle 5 modules. Only studied Mr.Koh's notes and bible. I agreed the articles posted in Mr.Koh's website are very good, and wished I had the time to read and summarise them. Anyhow, thank you Sir!
ReplyDeleteI score 65 marks for ebiz exam!! :) :) Thank you for the fantastic bible and your comprehensive lecture slides and tutorials which included alot of examples which i applied during the exam.
ReplyDeleteYou are the only lecturer who i have met so far able to drill into details of the slide which gives student better understand of terms and apply example to different terms introduced.
ReplyDeleteThanks all.
Hi,
Deleteit's a very practical module.
Hi Alex, thanks for your advice.
DeleteHi, Joan, it depends on how much u are aiming to score.if you want to score well for the essay, you may want to link up the different chapters together, example how technology could affect the ways to advertise, market in ebiz, looking into example: traditional vs current marketing ways, etc, etc. as mentioned by Alex, where personally I would feel that examiners would be looking for understanding of ebiz as a whole rather than a separated part. Passing rate is as mentioned by alex, its not difficult to pass. You could pretty much on MR koh's articles to score too...
DeleteJust some suggestion, hope it would help u n your decision making:)
Hi everyone,
ReplyDeleteI would like to thanks Mr koh for being such an awesome lecturer, putting so much effort in preparing notes and bible for his students, The bible is really useful as it had helped me to gain a better understanding of this subject. manage to get 61 for this module. Thanks Mr Koh! =)
PS: pls support Mr Koh!! he is really a good lecturer..
ReplyDeleteThe only advise I can give is to be consistent in your work and really work hard for it, don't be complacent as many have said that it's an easy scoring module. No module is easy without hard work put into it.
All in all, have fun and a blast in this module! Reap what you sow!
P.S I am selling the essential reading, the textbook (5th edition) if you need it. Condition is around 8.5/10, with just a few pages of highlighting. Email me at zseated@gmail.com
Price is negotiable.
And thank you Mr Koh! :)
ReplyDeleteHi, I scored 72 marks. For ebiz exam preparation, I relied on study guide + ppt slides + bible. It will be good to google the latest news on for eg, alibaba, which you can include in your paper. Thank you Mr Koh!
ReplyDeleteGot 67 on the subject.
ReplyDeleteTo be honest, I skipped quite a lot of lessons. However, the Bible that Mr Koh has provided proved invaluable to me (I did do some assigments). I used the Bible to tie in to current concepts/theories/trends/affairs and coupled it with information of new technologies which allowed me to score a 67.
Thanks Mr Koh and cheers.
Hi everyone! I got 57 for Ebiz! The bible was really a helpful supplement when it come towards the end of my revision. It's the final push you need. The articles and examples on the blog was helpful too. My advice is to start reading them early. Would have gotten a better grade if i start earlier!
ReplyDeleteLastly, thank you Mr Koh for your effort & guidance! :)
Regards,
The girl at the front row.
Just got my results a few days back. I admit that I too, skipped quite a few lectures for work. But Mr Koh's bible and the SG really did helped me alot. And I mean alot. Didn't do much revision prior to the exam but I still managed a 64.
ReplyDeleteThanks Mr.
ReplyDeleteHey all, I got a B for ebiz, which I think its quite a lucky escape given that I've relied mainly on the bible and relevant articles on Mr Koh's blog.
ReplyDeleteI got 58! Only manage to go through the bible in the final weeks of the examination as I was juggling 5 modules. My advice would be to start early to digest the bible! Thanks Mr Koh.
ReplyDeleteHi, got 61 for Ebiz. Didn't really have time to study for Ebiz as it was the last paper and I had another paper the day before. Luckily there's the bible and it made revising so much easier and efficient. :)
ReplyDeleteDear students,
ReplyDeleteTQ for sharing yr results and thoughts. Indeed, very valuable input for new students.

Hi Mr Koh, Thanks so much for your bible. It really helped me in my exam. I got a B :)

Hi interested in purchasing the textbook but can't get to you through email. Any other ways of contact?
DeleteGot a B for this Mod.
ReplyDeleteMr Koh's "Bible" and notes were of great help.. providing sufficient examples and different variations of answers.
ReplyDeleteNot a student of Mr Koh, but I'm thankful that he willing to share his bible with me :) really appreciate it, mr koh!
Reading from the comments of your students, i guess you are really nice lecturer. Hope to see you around in school :)
Hi,
ReplyDeleteI am planning to take this module in 2014/15. Is the name of the module management and innovation of ebusiness? And will mr koh be teaching it too this coming semester?
Thanks!
yes to both Qs
Deletegot a 65. Did pretty well considering I couldn't wake up for most classes.
ReplyDeleteCombine the bible with Mr Quek's summary notes and you'll be fine.
ReplyDeleteI got 51, and I was lazy, so if YOU (future students of Ebiz) work hard. I am confident you will do so much better. oh I managed to find the 4th edition book of dave chaffey online. so I reckon you really don't need to buy it
ReplyDeleteI got 58 for this module. Thank you Mr Koh for preparing the bible as it is a good reading material which made the content from the articles so much more understandable. Lots of good notes provided for this ebiz course with a very approachable (and YOLO and dog lover) lecturer who explores so many places you can't count, haha.
ReplyDeleteI got 68 so close to A. Mr Koh is the best lecturer!!
ReplyDeleteI got 54 marks base on just studying Mr Koh bible. Thank Mr Koh!
ReplyDeleteHi is there any seniors out there who are selling their essential textbook E-Business and E-Commerce Management: Strategy, Implementation,
ReplyDeleteManagement and Practice by Dave Chaffey, fifth edition? Pls drop me an email at johnfmnrox@gmail.com. tyvm
Hi Mr Koh as promised to share with the class....
ReplyDeleteI've scored 77 for my exams and had achieved the top marks in the world for IS3167 management Innovation of e business for 2014~
Thank you Mr Koh for your hard work.
Hope my strategies motioned earlier would help the next batch of your students:) smiles
WOW!! CONGRATULATIONS, PEARLYN !!
DeleteDear Students,
ReplyDeleteCongratulations!
Please share your results & offer your advices. Please state your names (see "how to" below). Anonymous entries maybe removed. TQ
Hi,
ReplyDeleteI was an Ebiz student who attended Mr Koh's morning lecture every Wednesday.
Wish new students taking Ebiz next year all the best!
congratulations !
DeleteGreat results and advices. Thank you.
Hi Jack and all,
ReplyDeleteI was an Ebiz student who was a bit loud in class (Jack may remember me, I was the one sitting in the front row and sometimes answer ur questions haha) although Jack wasnt my assigned lecturer
4) Make sure you UNDERSTAND what you study, not memorising them because it will make your task of studying Ebiz very easily when it comes to exam (I didnt study much for exam, took 1 day to memorise 15 answers for exam because I alr understood it)
Gud Luk and Thank you, Jack!
Mike
Hi Mike,
DeleteThanks. great advices ! & thanks for your active participation in classes too.
Thank you, Mr Koh for your dedication.
ReplyDeleteI am sorry I did not do as well to make you proud.
Hi XiaXue,
Deletegiving your best is the all impt. nevertheless, congrats!
and, TQ for your feedback
Hi Mr Koh,
ReplyDeleteThank you for your guidance and effort to provide additional notes for us. I have scored 70 for Ebiz and your Bible was a huge help to me.
To my fellow friends:
I did not touch the study guide at all but focused on Mr Koh's Bible.
Good luck guys!
Ian
congrats! Very good advices. Tks, Ian
DeleteI scored 52% for EBIZ. It is not a difficult module and for that reason, I left EBIZ to the last minutes and concentrate on the other difficult modules. It's a big mistake.
ReplyDeleteIf you read the notes, extra reading listed in the uol-ebiz blog after each class lecture, do your project/assignments and take part in the class tests you should be well placed for a much much better results than mine. Nevertheless, thank you Mr.Koh especially your awesome "EBIZ bible".
well done, Sam.
DeleteYou are right.
Thanks
I got 58% just based on the Bible, a really good source for studying.
ReplyDeleteAnd I appreciate the way Mr. Jack Koh carries out his class, not the boring type, but one with lots of examples for us to relate to what we're studying.
thanks Anon.
Delete(pls Use an initial or pseudo name but not anonymous)
Thank you Mr Koh for your patience throughout the semester! Managed to get 67 thanks to Mr Koh's repeated mentions of the case studies (very helpful, nag until end of semester you can repeat his words in your sleep. But that's good for exam!) and only reading the bible.
ReplyDeleteTo everyone else, consider taking ebiz as it is an easy module to score. Past year exam questions are repeated over and over so you can structure your potential answers eat ahead of the exam. MUST use the bible!!!!
Good luck and thanks to all
hello Yay,
Deletehaha.
thanks & congratulations.
I got 68 :(
ReplyDeleteAdvice: Mr Koh's bible is good! Google for examples and u will find ebiz interesting. Go to the exam and enjoy e paper :)
hi MengFung,
Deleteyes, just enjoy EBIZ as It's indeed part of our daily lives. Congratulations!
Hi Mr Koh and new students!
ReplyDeleteI would like to thank Mr Koh for all the effort you put into coming up with the ebiz bible as well as all the external examples not found in the SG.
Cheers
Don
Hi Donovan. Good feedback and advices to new students. Yes, do your assignments..... to also qualify for the "Ebiz bible". Congratulations
DeleteThank you Mr Koh for all the hard work that you put into making the notes and most importantly the bible. Got 61 with the help of the bible as well as the many examples that were given by Mr Koh. Overall, not a difficult module to pass and the bible was really useful.
ReplyDeleteCongrat Rachel!
DeleteGlad to advice that the EBIZ module is very "learnable" indeed.
ReplyDeleteCongrat Val !
DeleteYes, good imagination will help a great deal in EBIZ module.
ReplyDeleteTQ for confirming EBIZ is one of the most digestive module of UOL. Very practical one
DeleteCongrats Jazzer !.
ReplyDeletecongrats !
DeleteIt's still a fairly good mark. Thank you. Goodluck & all the best to you.
ReplyDeletehi Xiang,
DeleteYou said it correctly that "listen attentively is all you need for this module".
So sorry, you your exam timetable wasn't friendly to you. All the same, congrats !
Hi Mr Koh,
ReplyDeleteI didn't do as well as most of the others, but still happy with my 48 marks. I skipped many of your classes and was busy making some part-time money (LOL). Your EBIZ-bible helped me understood EBIZ better, the links between the various subject matters. Thank you for your hard work.
Dear Norman,
DeleteHaha..yes everything has a price..but given the situation you got a win-win outcome. Congrats ! Thanks for advice.
Hi Mr Koh! Really wanna take this time to appreciate your commitment to us. I scored 60 even though I only started studying less than 3 weeks prior to the exam. Thank you for your detailed notes and for putting in so much effort to teaching the ever-noisy class. Heartfelt thank youuuuu.
ReplyDeleteWah, you are good...just 3 weeks prior to the exam!
Deletecongratulations !
obtained 57! It was a pity as I was missing this 3 marks to hit second upper!
ReplyDeleteAn advice to upcoming students to do mind maps/ notes in advance and link relevant chapters together for essay writing.
All the best to all upcoming students!
Hi JiaXin,
DeleteIndeed, a miss! TQ for your advices.
Stay in touch.
I scored 51% for EBIZ only. It is not a difficult module. I left EBIZ to the last minutes and concentrate on the others. Mr Koh's bible is super useful.
ReplyDeleteHi Ashley,
DeleteCongrats and thanks for the comments
hi mr koh! i got B (67) for ebiz, thank you for the lectures and the BIBLE.
ReplyDeleteTo all new ebiz students, start early! Understanding of the terms/definition will definitely help when it comes to memorising examples.
thank you again mr koh! =)
hi Wei Jie,
DeleteYes, good advice to start early and understand the big picture well. congratulations!
I got 60 for my ebiz. The bible was really helpful when it comes to last minute studying. The examples made me understand more on the different topics and increased my confidence for the exam!
ReplyDeleteThank you Mr Koh!
TQ Cassini.
DeleteCongratulations!
Hi Jack!
ReplyDeleteI managed to score 79 marks for EBIZ! Thank you so much for your effort in preparing the bible!
My advice to new students:
-start studying from lecture 1 onwards
-revise using all of Jack's materials. Slides, notes, readings, etc
-refer to subject guide
-attend all lectures and do not skip any class. Be punctual
-do not study last minute because your brain will be confused with information from other modules
-read the bible (first priority)
-study EBIZ everyday. OK to take a break from EBIZ every now and then in some days. Learn new stuff from everyday readings, even if it is only half-an-hour per day
-do not skip the prelims!
-study the UOL examiners' commentaries
-do all the assignments given by Jack
-lastly, do not study on the day of the final exam. Or else you will be tired when you are in the exam hall, and your performance will be affected. You have already prepared thoroughly from Day 1
Jack, your efforts and dedication in teaching this module at SIM is very much deeply appreciated.
superb! Great advices too.
Deletecongratulations!
You might have probably scored the gold medal for EBIZ 2015.
James,
Deletecan you email me your full name?. tks
ReplyDeleteGOOD LUCKS TO THE PEEPS TAKING THIS MOD!
congrats ! TQ for your advice. Good luck to you
DeleteThanks Jack. I scored 64 marks.
ReplyDeleteI think that Ebiz is one of the relatively easier Uol modules.
Was luckily to manage to get 64 marks!
well done! yes, adapt and move along when answering exam Qs. Good advices. Good luck, Louis. tks
DeleteI scored 60 for my ebiz, thanks Mr Koh.
ReplyDeleteHi Elle,
Deleteindeed the module is a practical one if we think along how businesses carry out their daily activities with and w/o technologies. Students attending all, if not most, of my lectures will benefit as they will be able to relate to the contents in the "bible" much better, given that examples were explained during the lectures. Glad you make the most out of everything. Good advices. Thanks.
I scored 65.
ReplyDeleteI am glad that under your efficient teaching , luckily I got a great score for ebiz.
My personal study advices for ebiz are as following:
1-learn the notes and concentrate on what lecturer teaches in the class
2-collect the cases that related to each topic
3-have self revision and self control
4-do attend the tests and finish assignments
5-last but not least : use e-bible:--)
Thank you very much !
Good advices. TQ n congrats!
DeleteDear Mr Koh
ReplyDeleteI scored 62 for ebiz and would like to say a huge thanks to you.
Ganbatte!! on
DeleteManagement & Innovation of e-Business - Ebiz Exam results of 2015. Wow!.
ReplyDeleteLast year, cohort L42 scored 100% passed with more than 55% of them scoring at least 60 marks !! Remarkable achievement !
I am in L42 this year. I am hoping for a repeat of the great exam results in next year too, although Mr.Koh is aiming even higher and urging us to work just a little harder.... to achieve at least 5% of cohort scoring an A grade.
Mr Koh's other class (L43) apparently also did very well with 98% passes and more than 50% of class scoring 60 marks and above.
hi
Deletejust in.
overall pass rate 98%
Number of "A" has increased but lesser % with 60marks and above for this year.
Dear Mr Koh
ReplyDeleteI understand this is a little late, but better late than never! I've scored 64 for EBiz myself, and it's much thanks to the easy to understand lessons and the comprehensive notes - especially the case studies that were easily quotable for the actual exams.
Would like to thank you for the wonderful lectures, and God bless!
tks Solomon.
Deletegood luck, and all the best to you
Dear Mr Koh,
ReplyDeleteThanks for your lectures and guidance.
Tks FS.
Deletecongratulations!. I am very glad.
Wish you the very best.
Hi Mr Jack Koh,
ReplyDeleteI am your current student.
4. Attend Dr Antonio Cordella's UK revision
TQ for your feedback & advices. Goodluck to you and all. Fully appreciated.
DeleteHi Mr Koh,
ReplyDeleteI managed to get 64 for e-biz.
Thank you for the good advices
DeleteDear Sir,
ReplyDeleteI scored 55. I am very happy. I had 5 modules to dealt with and was very tough on me. But your notes especially the Biber were my saviour.
Thank you for your hard work. Fully appreciated.
indeed. Thank you
DeleteI don't even remember which lecture I am from haha either L41 or L42 lol but I am Hung Chloe Jun-Yi, and I'm happy to say i got 71 for finals! :) I think what helped most was the Bible (Biber) where i could study all my content for it since the subject guide doesnt have much details. Thanks Mr Koh!
ReplyDeleteHi
DeleteWow!!
Thank you. I will still work updates for the Biber 2017
(btw, you were in L42 or L43)
Dear Mr Koh
ReplyDeleteThank you for the effort in preparing the materials such as the notes and ebiz biber, they were helpful tools for revision. I managed to score 70, thanks
wow !
DeleteTQ for sharing
Many thanks.
ReplyDeleteI wish to inform that I got 68. I am happy with this result!
I wonder how my results looks compared with others
Congrats !
DeleteHaven't know yet for this year, but last year L42 & L43 scored a fantastic pass rate with 61% of cohort scoring >= 60 marks.
Hi Liliya Zlatareva (from UK).
DeleteTQ for sharing your results and very glad that my EBIZ Biber was a great help to you.
I am from your Wednesday class.
ReplyDeleteI'm glad to say that I managed to score an A grade of 70 marks. Your bible was of great help.
Thank you for the interactive and insightful lessons.
I scored 64 marks for EBIZ. Maybe I can score better if I spent more time on the Biber. But I am contented with the score.
ReplyDeleteAm thankful to enrol in Jack's 2015/16 class.
Thanks much for being a wonderful lecturer, Jack.
Congrats !
DeleteGreat advices indeed.
Yes, although on a year break, I will still be updating the Biber 2017. Available end Feb 2017
DeleteTo Jack, enjoy your break and come back with new insights to share with future students! Will not forget you. Take good care.
TQ, Wei Sheng.
DeleteGreat advices to new students. Indeed EBIZ is useful business studies for any BSc degree.
Dear Jack,
DeleteHappy New Year! Hope you have enjoyed your break :)
This is a soft copy of the Chaffey text: https://www.dropbox.com/s/48km6izxd98whi2/ebiz%20text.pdf
You may like to share with your students as an additional resource for the EBIZ exam.
Cheers
Hi Mr Koh,
ReplyDeleteSorry for reply and share my experience so late.
Warmest Regards,
Xinqi He
thanks. good work!
DeleteHi Mr Koh,
ReplyDeleteThank you for your guidance and help especially the ebiz biber. It really helped me in achieving A for this subject despite I got 5 modules. Also all the best in your future endeavors.
Regards,
Rendy
Good results thru hardwork !
DeleteDear Mr Koh,
ReplyDeleteI had received my results and scored an A for ebiz solely studying the Ebiz bible. Although i wasn't from you ebiz class, but I'm lucky to find your ebiz bible that had me throughout the last lap of my revision.
Thank you once more for the Ebiz Bible, it was very useful and informative.
Regards,
Jo
Dear Jody (in HK)
DeleteCongratulations! Great news! Tks for sharing
Dear Jody
ReplyDeleteCongratulations! Great news! I am so happy for you to work hard over my notes to score an "A".
Wish you every success in HK.
Do look me up if you should visit Singapore.
Hi Mr Jack Koh,
ReplyDeleteIt's a pity that you were on your sabbatical leave when I was in my last year in UOL and taking ebiz! I didn't attend much lectures due to having internship at the same time. Nonetheless your biber got me through and I managed to clinch a B within a very short period of time. Thank you & God Bless and see you around! :)
Regards,
Gwen
well done, Gwen!
Deletevery happy for you. congratulations!
Do continue to keep up the good fight!
Dear Sir,
ReplyDeleteI would really like to thank you for your support . I have scored a 70 and it is all thanks to the Ebiz biber . I was studying this paper without any assistance and this compilation has helped me to achieve the score I did . I would recommend it to everyone wanting to do well in this paper . Thank you once again .
Regards,
Revati (INDIA)
well done, Revati!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations!
U are welcome to call on me should you visit Singapore in the near future.
Dear Jack,
ReplyDeleteI have graduated with a BSc Business degree with 1st Class Honours.
Dear Wei Sheng,
DeleteCongratulations!
Dear Jack Sir,
ReplyDeleteYour notes were amazing.E business was a pleasure and an enjoyable experience with these notes, especially the Ebiber. I scored a 64 and I am from India. I would recommend it to each and everyone, especially ones who are doing it on their own.
All the best! :)
Hi Student from India,
DeleteWould be nice to know your name.
In any case, congratulations! It's amazing results from an independent self-taught student.
Hi Mr Koh,
ReplyDeleteI’m glad to have chosen to attend your lecture and I’m really grateful to get a 64 for ebiz as I studied really last minute.
Good Luck!
Dear Priscilla,
DeleteSo nice to hear your news.
Congratulations !!
TQ for your generous advices to incoming students.
TQ for having you as my student.
Dear Mr Koh
ReplyDeleteKat here. I got 60. If I tried harder, I am sure I could have scored but I left it to the last minute (as usual). Still very happy. Thank you so much for your guidance and patience.
Hi Mr Koh,
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for teaching me!
Hi Vanessa Lim,
DeleteI like your feedback. I like your confidence.
I hope you get the honours.
Congratulations!!
ReplyDeleteMy advice would be like many others have mentioned here: never ever leave the studying till the last moment!
Victoria
DeleteHi Victoria,
DeleteThat's fantastic effort put in by you...both as student and as a mother. Very inspiring indeed.
So glad my material and the 2018 Ebiz Biber were helpful to you.
Thank you very much for your advice.
Hi guys,
ReplyDeleteI’m an external student and working full time in England. Well
worth buying Jack’s ebiz bible especially for distance learners who need to see example exam solutions. My advice for students is to read widely and be on top of latest developments in the subject area. Also best of luck with your exams next year.
Dear Babur.
DeleteThank you for sharing.
Also great advices indeed.
Take care and enjoy your success !
jackkoh
Is E-Biz a memorisation base module?
ReplyDeleteNo.
DeleteHi Mr Koh, would like to know whether you're still teaching the same slots this coming semester? Also, read that many students are stuck between 64-68s, wondering what's your opinion on this module that makes it easy to score but hard to get As? Is there a need for a good essay writing style that's why? Thanks
ReplyDeletehi, Sorry late reply. I am holding classes now but offering private online tuition in very small groups now. Thank you and good luck.
DeleteI am Alvin Hor and I scored 79 for this paper ebiz. Mr Jack Koh is the best!
ReplyDeleteTQ Alvin. Well done. dyou did all the hard work... but give your all your accolades generously away to me.
DeleteI obtained a score of 67 at the recent Ebiz examination. Other than studying Mr Koh's bible and UOL learning materials, I focused on having a clear essay structure. I also included my opinions and thoughts in my essays to add a personal touch. This is an interesting module and all the best to everyone studying it!
ReplyDeleteDear XingYu. Very well advice to other new students. very well worded. TQ Xing Yu.
DeleteI managed to score an A on my 2020 paper!. Mr Koh's Biber is simply brilliant! It is thorough and yet easy to follow and understand. Its cover the syllabus smoothly. Overall, great notes and genuine mentor. Thank You Very Much Mr Koh!
ReplyDeleteDear Rohini. You did great! I am sure it's largely your own effort and determination. But thank you anyway for all your accolades. I feel like Donald Trump now
DeleteThank you Mr Jack Koh for your hard work! The bible has provided aid to my learning process and made studying for the Ebiz more direct and straightforward. The examination questions were also really similar to the ones featured in the bible. Would recommend for anybody taking Ebiz module :)
ReplyDeleteDear Amanda, Thank you for your Kind and appreciative remarks. I am equally encourage to do my best for you and new students seeking my help. Good luck to all your future endeavour!
DeleteCount yourselves lucky if you're from Mr Koh's class! Was recommended by a friend to get my hands on the study biber for this module, and i must say that it really made studying for this module a breeze. Couldn't have gotten anywhere near the B+ i got last semester without the notes..
ReplyDeleteTo those who are taking this module, use the biber as a guide and read more news to keep yourself updated with current examples for each of the topics. I heard that examiners are also looking for critical analysis in your answers, such as linking your answer to other theories from other chapters - this may help you to achieve an A.
Mr Koh's dedication in teaching and helping students is commendable, thank you sir once again! Take care!!
TQ Sandy. Great advices for the next batch of students indeed! wish you the road ahead shall be ever challenging & equally rewarding! stay happy👏
DeleteHi eveyone.
ReplyDeleteTQ Lewiii. very appropriate & very relevant advice. very kind of you to share👏👏
DeleteThank you Mr.Koh for creating this biber and allowing it to be accessible to other students not directly under you.
ReplyDeleteDear Marcus
DeleteGlad you found the eBIZ Biber useful. You have motivated me to continue improving it. Yes, it's available to any UOL students. So far, students from afar HK, India, Pakistan, Ireland, USA have found our eBIZ Biber very useful.
oh..there was Victoria from Hungary too.
Deletehi Mr. Koh.
ReplyDeleteI scored a B - 65 for my ebiz finals.
- Ru Yi
Dear Ru Yi, Congrats!! Yes, create your own examples to illustrate your understanding and at the same time help you avoid plagiarism charges. Again, Ru Yi is perfectly correct that in today's digital business world, e-Biz knowledge will give you the edge going forward.
DeleteThankyou Mr Koh.
ReplyDeleteRegards,
Raheel (Pakistan)
Dear Raheel (from Pakistan). So glad you got what you aim for. And also you found me (Singapore) via the Internet. Internet indeed does wonders, not just to the business world but also, the education area. Thank you for your kind evaluations and accolades. I am happy for you with your positive altitude and outlook. Wish you success in all your future endeavors.
DeleteI would like to thank Mr Koh for his hard work and dedication to EBIZ, especially his biber and analysis of past year papers. Thank to his notes I have scored 66 with only 2 months studying before exams. Thank to this I was able to graduate and secure my upper second. Thank you so much and I am very grateful for your website!
ReplyDeleteDear Amelia, Thank you very much for sharing. I am glad you got a good results. Congratulations to your achieving the 2nd upper honor degree!
DeleteDear Mr .Koh
ReplyDeleteYou have been a great help. As I am working to pay off my school fees, I didn't really have much chance to attend the lectures so I relied heavily on your notes. AND i passed with flying colours!
I am so happy and have finally graduated. So much thanks to you.
Dear Cheryl.
DeleteI m so happy for you!
Yes, not easy at all to work & study same time.
Importantly, YOU did it with flying colors.
Keeping flying. Goodluck to you !
Hi Mr Jack Koh
ReplyDeleteI got B for my eBIZ. Thank you very much for your ebiz biber! It's indeed helpful!
I ran out of time. But I study your biber for one month (before the exam). So happy!
Dear Dear JiaXin
DeleteThis is great news.
Yes, we never have enough time but so glad you make good use of the remainder time well.
Keeping doing your best!
Goodluck to you !
Thank you once again for your ebiz biber notes! I found them very well put together and easy to go through!
ReplyDeleteJameela Shafrin
I chanced upon Mr Jack Koh biber 2 months before exam started. Given that ebiz only required students to attempt 3 qns, i focused heavily on txn cost(C4), b2c(c5). and b2b (c7).
ReplyDeleteThe examiner focuses alot on answering the question directly, and not going too long winded as the word limit was 800 for each qn.
God bless you Mr Jack Koh!
Dear Xavier Foo,
DeleteI am very glad to hear you scored an A for Ebiz. Great job! Congratulation!
I am glad you found the biber helpful and very thankful you have taken the time to leave valuable advices for my future new students on the subject. Well done. May an exciting future await you! Wish you all the best and good luck!
Jack will be teaching L46 for 2021/22
DeleteHi Mr Jack Koh,
ReplyDeleteI came across your blog a few months before the finals and decided to purchase your biber as i felt like the notes i had was lacking.
ReplyDeleteTQ Ken.
DeleteThank you Mr Koh for your Bible, I wasn’t from your class but it helped me a lot. Got a score of 58 for e-Biz.
ReplyDeleteTQ MinLi.
DeleteThank you Mr Koh for the e-Biz Bible, the practice questions and feedbacks and also for being so ready to help with any questions I had. I scored 60 for the e-Biz paper, thank you so much Mr Koh.
ReplyDeleteSorry I forgot to include my name, Joshua Wong here.
DeleteDear Mr Koh,
ReplyDeleteI managed to score a B - 61 for the exams!
Thank you Mr Koh for everything!
ReplyDeleteTQ. You still did reasonable well. This year, it appeared the EBIZ examiners, we’re less generous with their marks 😅😢, So, 50 to 59 seemed to be the norm.
DeleteThank you Mr Koh, the biber was very comprehensive and I managed to get a score of 58 when I only studied the biber. Thank you so much Mr Koh.
ReplyDeleteTQ Dylan Ang (not Anonymous😂😅)
DeleteDear Mr.Koh
ReplyDeleteWith the help of your notes and Biber, I have attained 61 marks for E-biz. Thank you for guiding us through the year.
Hi Mr Jack Koh,
ReplyDeleteI was one of your students that worked hard in the beginning but began to loose focus nearing to Dec and actually started studying only in March for the paper.
ReplyDeleteHi Mr Jack, Zi Yi here.
